My names Brianna McMahon founder of True Networking I’m an up-and-coming entrepreneur who thrives on learning new things. When I first started my business journey, I always felt like I had no one to go to for advice or guidance. So instead, I turned to studying. Anything I became interested in, I would dive into and learn everything I possibly could. Whether I stuck with that particular path or not, I always finished my studies because I genuinely love learning. I love asking questions, challenging myself, and gaining new knowledge. When I started my career in event management, I quickly realised that not everyone shared the same vision I had when it came to events. I wanted spectacular. I wanted memorable. I wanted people to walk away talking about an experience they would never forget. I could never understand why people would settle for something basic when an event had the potential to leave a lasting impression. As a first-time business owner and up-and-coming entrepreneur, I started looking for networking events where I could meet like-minded people. But when I walked into those rooms often a function room in a local community centre I was usually the youngest person there. No one really wanted to talk to me, and quite frankly, the environment felt stale. It didn’t feel welcoming, inspiring, or exciting. I knew I couldn’t be the only person who felt that way. That’s when the idea for True Networking was born. I wanted to create networking events that reflected today’s generation events that people were genuinely excited to attend. By combining my passion for creating jaw-dropping events with my vision of building a community, I set out to create a space where entrepreneurs, business owners, creatives, and ambitious individuals could connect, learn from one another, and build meaningful relationships in an environment that actually inspires them. True Networking isn’t just another networking event. It’s a new era of networking, built for the next generation of ambitious people.
